Intellectual property

All content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, code, design) is the property of LQM Studio or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without prior written consent, except as permitted by law ( e.g. private use, short quotations).

The "Domain Privacy Monitor" and "LQM Studio" names and logos are protected. Any use without authorisation may constitute trademark infringement under articles L.713-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. LQM Studio acts as data controller under the GDPR.

Contractual terms

Use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service.

Cookies

The Service does not use tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies required to operate the Service (e.g. session authentication) are used; under EU ePrivacy rules these do not require prior consent.

Dispute resolution

For any complaint, please first contact us at hello@lqmstudio.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute amicably, EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Reporting illegal content

Under article 6 of the LCEN, you may report unlawful content found on the Service by writing to hello@lqmstudio.com with a description of the content, its location, and the legal grounds for the report.
